Langkawi trip: update

Salam y'all

Just wanna update on our trip next month.

Date fixed : 8, 9 & 10 May 2008 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Budget per head : +/- RM350

Details : will be announced before the trip by the programme

Latest update!! programme by BLPK is yet to confirmed. So, we stick to the plan...

Terangnya... best betul!!!

Greng!!! Greng!!! Greng!!!…. Sambil melayan gitar kapuk yang baru ku “angkat” beberapa hari lepas. Tiba-tiba bait-bait lagu ni terngiang-ngiang di telinga. Apa lagi, terus ku dendangkan lagu ini untuk menemani sepi dan sunyi hati di malam hari SEBELUM CAHAYA menyinari dengan terangnya…

Kelab Perantau Sepi: The Menu

"Mak aih, laparnye. Malas nye nak kluar beli makanan. Apa yang ada ekk? hurmm maggi, telur, isi ayam, sayur campur, bawang. Hurmm menarik ni kalau buat mertabak maggi"...

Bahan-bahan:

1. Sedikit isi daging/udang/ayam ( potong kecil) 1 ulas bawang putih – diketuk & cincang 1 labu.


2. Bawang besar – potong dadu 3@4 biji cili padi – dihiris kecil.


3. Sayur campur @ Daun sup dan daun bawang.


4. 1 peket Maggi(perisa kari @ up to you) – rebuskan maggi dalam air mendidih hingga lembut,kemudian toskan.


5. 2 biji telur garam dan gula secukup rasa.

Adunan A : * campur sebati maggi bersama garam, gula dan telur yang telah dipukul.

Cara-cara:

1. Tumis bawang putih hingga kekuningan.


2. Masukkan isi daging/ayam/udang. Masak sehingga empuk.


3. Kemudian masukkan cili padi,sayur campur,bawang besar dan perencah Maggi.


4. Kacau sebati. Bila dah masak angkat dan tuangkan ke dalam adunan A. Gaul sebati adunan tersebut.


5. Kemudian goreng adunan tersebut di atas kuali leper seperti menggoreng telur dadar. Hanya sedikit minyak sahaja digunakan untuk menggoreng.


6. Kalau nak garing, goreng lama sedikit sampai garing.

Cadangan hidangan
Murtabak maggi ini elok dimakan dengan sos cili. Hanya curahkan sos cili di atas murtabak. Sedap dimakan sewaktu panas.

Bersantai Bersama..

:: Kesepian berterusan kah ?? ::

Pada tarikh 3th April 2008, selepas sahaja kami habis waktu kerja, kami ahli kelab telah merancang pergi bersantai bersama di Sunshine main bowling..

Kami telah bersantai untuk lepaskan tension di tempat kerja..

Kali nie kami main tidak memakai sport attire tapi kami bermain bowling dgn office
attire..

Cuba bayangkan ada yang bermain bowling dgn berpakain kemeja, baju kurung, baju batik, etc..

Apa yang kami pkirkan, hanyalah lepaskan stress berkerja dan bersantai bersama....

Ini bukan melontar jamrah daaa...

Well, some info sharing with you guys. These are styles/techniques that can be applied while having fun, but need lots of work and training though… B-)

The Straight
Anyone can throw a ball straight down the lane and you can get a strike, but this style of play will limit most people to a 180 average.

The Cranker
The Cranker gets 'maximum' power on the ball. Revs, lots of revs! He (and they usually are men, young men) will stand deep inside and send the ball swinging out on the "scenic route" before it comes screaming back to decimate the pins. They use 'late' timing, getting to the foul-line long before the ball, they 'plant-and-pull'; little or no slide and bend the elbow to keep the hand behind and under the ball. There is a lot of lower and upper body strength needed: notice how there is a strong push into the finish and the shoulders are still open to accommodate a high backswing.

The Stroker
This is the 'classic' style, smooth, consistent, elegant, though unspectacular. The Cranker will draw crowds and make them go 'ooh', but maybe 'ahh' too, because when the lanes get fried all those revs make the ball very hard to control. Crankers often leave spectacular splits. The stroker knows that, in the long run of a tournament, his consistency will usually win out. His sliding foot stops just before the ball gets to the line, creating moderate leverage for good, but controllable, ball reaction. He will be prone to less injury as he need not muscle the ball as much the cranker. The shoulders are more square to the target and the ball arrives more in time with the bowlers slide.

The Spinner
This style is not seen very often in the west but is popular in Asia where the Helicopter/UFO release was elevated to new levels in Taiwan, to combat brutally hard lane conditions. Breaking all the rules of conventional "heavy ball" hook bowlers (spinners use light weight 10-12lb balls) the bowler deliberately brings the fingers all the way round the top of the ball. This release means that only a small portion of the ball is in contact with the lane (less friction) and the ball travels almost straight down the lane, regardless of the oiling pattern. This is not, however, an ordinary straight ball. The high degree of axis tilt (like helicopter blades rotating) and high revolution rate create enormous amounts of "mix" on impact with the pins to carry a strike competitive with the hook bowler.

Anyway, like the entry title said, “Ini bukan melontar jamrah daaa!!”… huhuhu

What the *&^%$%$ Denmark?

People have been talking about it high and low. Tv stations flashing the news, same goes with the newspapers, blogs, smses and what nots. Ministers are telling us to boycott Denmark products, even Tun M was among the 1st to say that, but our Uncle keep his mouth shut. Wondering what he's doing and thinking. Ohhh I See... he's the President of OIC isn't it? So just see, thts what he does. Nothing to comment and condemn or boycott.

So much so for a person who propagate Islam HadHari itu ya. Memang ada Had dan Hari nya lah kot.
